Refund policy
Our products are made to order, which means each item is produced especially for you once your order is placed. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, color preference, or change of mind.
However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or a refund at no additional cost.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method once approved.

• We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse.
• Items returned without prior contact will not be accepted.
